Terms of use
External software & tools
For the $8,997 package, all third-party software, SaaS subscriptions, and usage-based services (Stripe processing fees, email providers, hosting, domain, AI/LLM APIs, file storage, analytics, etc.) are paid directly by the client based on actual usage.
For the $15,000 and $25,000 packages, external tools and SaaS costs are included in the price for the first year (within fair-use limits). After year one, the client takes over those subscriptions directly.
Payment & maintenance
50% deposit to begin, 50% on launch. Maintenance covers hosting oversight, security patches, minor content updates, and bug fixes.

Ownership & IP
Client owns all custom code, content, and brand assets on final payment. Frenchy Digital retains rights to its underlying design system, reusable components, and platform foundation.
Scope & revisions
Each package includes two rounds of revisions per major milestone. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately at $150/hr or as a fixed-fee change order.
