At 29, Doug Lipp was catapulted to the helm of the employee training team at Disney. Fluent in Japanese, he helped Disney start its first international theme park as a member of the Tokyo Disneyland opening team.
Today, Doug is a distinguished consultant, business keynote speaker, and eight-time author. He helps companies see how values and culture form the essence of their business — grounded in values-based leadership, teamwork, and innovation.
